• Open-plan living and dining room with wood-burning stove, a large dining table for family meals and a selection of books/games to keep you entertained during cosy nights in by the fire.

• Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and small appliances (toaster, kettle, microwave) for a home away from home.

• Bathroom with walk in shower.

• Master bedroom with double bed, linens and storage to empty those suitcases when you arrive.

First floor

• Second bedroom: double bed with crisp linen, blackout blinds and bedside lamp; built-in wardrobe, smart tv and armchair to relax whilst taking in that all important sea view.

• Third bedroom: twin beds; ideal for children, a selection of books and a hanging rail for your clothes.

Outside

• Outdoor bench to sit, relax and take in the view on lovely summers evenings

• On-street parking

• Short walk to the town centre with its selection of shops, take-outs, supermarkets and bars.

• Short walk to the old Buckpool park, working fishing harbour as well as the start of both the Moray Coast Walking Trail and Speyside Way.

• Central heating throughout; initial bag of wood for the stove provided.

• Coastal walks from the cottage: enjoy fresh sea air and those amazing views over the Moray Firth.

• Dolphin spot from the cottage: Buckie is a great spot to catch the Moray Firth Dolphins, with frequent sightings along the coastline especially in Summer.

• Easy drives to small towns and villages across Moray Speyside, taking in that amazing coastline and the rolling glens inland.

• Malt Whisky Trail: follow the trail across Speyside, enjoying a glass or two as you go (as long as your not the designated driver)

• Enclosed secure dog field just outside Buckie at Sheilmuir (book in advance to avoid disappointment)
